CONNECTIONS DIRECTOR

OVERVIEW

Rock City Church is a church plant launching in Westminster, Colorado. We’re looking for someone excited and ready to take on the challenges of starting and leading a ministry from scratch. This is an opportunity to live on a mission in a community where 90% of people aren’t followers of Jesus and to build a ministry that allows people to encounter Jesus –– maybe for the first time! As a start-up, applicants should anticipate fundraising or working bi-vocationally.

The Connections Director is primarily responsible for leading the First Impressions Team and engaging with those who are new to help them get involved in the life of our church.

The Connections Director will provide leadership and oversight to the First Impressions Team. Their main focus will be on training up servant leaders to welcome, engage and connect with every person who walks through the doors of our church. Additionally, the Connections Director will also be responsible for the follow-up of those who are new to Rock City Church and will work in conjunction with the Lead Pastor to create a system and strategy for helping connect people into our church.
